How do I place an order?
Open a product, choose your size and colour, tap “Order Now”, then enter your name, mobile number and address and confirm the order.
How do I choose the right size?
Open “Size chart” on the product page — all measurements are in inches. Compare them with a piece of clothing that fits you well. Still not sure? Message us on WhatsApp before ordering.
What is the delivery charge?
Inside Dhaka 60 Tk, outside Dhaka 100 Tk (courier). Home delivery outside Dhaka 150 Tk, paid in advance.
How long does delivery take?
1–2 days inside Dhaka and 2–5 days outside Dhaka.
How can I pay?
Cash on Delivery, or advance payment by bKash, Nagad or Rocket (send money, then enter the TrxID at checkout).
How can I track my order?
Open the link on your order confirmation page, or go to “Track Order” and enter your order number and mobile number.
Can I exchange if the size doesn't fit?
Yes — contact us within 3 days of delivery. The product must be unworn and unwashed, with its tags. Damaged or wrong products can be returned too.
